There are likely to be additional emergency/extraordinary general meetings called by members/committee/officers.

Friday 19 October, 12pm – 1pm

The deadline for motions or agenda items for this meeting is 12pm Tuesday 9 October.

Monday 10 December, 1pm – 2pm

The deadline for motions or agenda items for this meeting is 12pm Tuesday 20 November.

Wednesday 13 March, 12pm – 1pm

The deadline for motions or agenda items for this meeting is 12pm Tuesday 5 March

(If you want the branch to submit a motion to UCU Congress 2019, this would be the latest meeting to propose it to (emergency motionsaside).)

Thursday 2 May, 1pm – 2pm

The deadline for motions or agenda items for this meeting is 12pm Tuesday 16 April

(If you want the branch to propose an amendment to a motion on the UCU congress 2019 agenda, this is the meeting to put that to.)

Thursday 16 May, 3.45pm – 5pm, Annual General Meeting

The deadline for motions for the AGM will be 12pm Tuesday 30April. The deadline for nominations to elected committee positions will be 3.45 Wednesday 15 May.
